Marie-Laure on a Bastille Day past. Marie-Laure Fournier is a national treasure. She is at the helm of her own PR firm, Fournier Communications, and was one of the first to understand the influence of bloggers. She represents some of the most fabulous brands like Jurara and Talika. Though she’s French, she is a real-life replica of one my favorite characters in the history of television, Edina Monsoon of Absolutely Fabulous. Just swap out the “sweetie-darlings” for “cherie” and sprinkle in a side of “bisous.” She is always herself, always hilarious and always massive amounts of fun. Just know that a dinner with her will always lead to your barely being able to attend work the next day. Hangover City, you’ll be the mayor.
